Who reviews your submission
CAHANA is an independent startup. Its three authorised founders review manager applications and allocator interest entries in a private dashboard. Bahaeddine Gasmi handles questions about applicant information at gasmib@cahana.co.
What the forms collect
Managers provide a name or trading alias, email, a public wallet address or Polymarket profile, experience and a description of their strategy. A social profile is optional. Allocators provide a name and email to request programme updates. A public wallet can link to public trading activity. Applying does not connect your wallet, request a signature or move funds. Never send private keys or recovery phrases.
Why we use this information
We use manager submissions to assess track records, consider suitability, contact applicants and manage the review process. We use allocator entries to respond to interest and share updates about future access. We send a receipt for a new submission and notify our review team. Applying does not guarantee approval, funding or an allocation.
How long records are available
We keep identifiable applications and interest entries for ongoing review, follow-up and administration of the CAHANA programme. There is no automatic one-year or five-year expiry. Records may remain available to the founders for five years or longer while these uses continue. When we no longer need identifiable information for those purposes, we will remove or anonymise it unless a specific obligation requires further retention. Anonymous programme totals can be kept for longer.
Hosting, security and optional analytics
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores submissions in Frankfurt and handles founder authentication. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process information in operating and securing their services. Submissions record time, the notice version, device and browser information, approximate country when available and limited referral or campaign information. A public wallet or strategy is not sent to optional visitor analytics. Technical logs can contain diagnostic information. You can check optional analytics settings in the footer.
Access, correction, withdrawal or deletion
Email gasmib@cahana.co from the address you used to apply. Tell us whether you want to see or correct a record, withdraw an application, leave the allocator list, or request deletion. We may verify the request before acting. We will explain the outcome, including any information we need to retain and why. Removal from active systems and expiry of backup copies happen separately. Please keep personal documents, passwords and wallet secrets out of your request.
